Narjis Askar

Narjis A. Askar holds a Ph.D. in Bio-Chemistry, a Masters degree in Physical and Inorganic chemistry. She has enjoyed different roles in her career of a formulator, R&D manager, and technical marketing manager.  Her responsibility is to identify opportunities and develop projects to drive growth. Her focus is to translate scientific insights into consumer relevant benefits.

Narjis has twenty-six years of experience in the areas of cosmetic chemistry, especially permanent and semi-permanent straightening, hair colors, multi-cultural hair, conditioning shampoos, conditioners, product testing and manufacturing.  She holds several patents and has presented at many scientific conferences.
