Mary Beth Rogalsky

Mary Beth Rogalsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, specializing in microbiology, from Towson University. She began her career as a laboratory technician, advancing to laboratory manager, at a clinical infectious disease testing lab. While pursuing her MBA from Centenary University, she transitioned into the personal care sector, ultimately becoming a global marketing leader for an ingredient supplier. After a 4-year detour to business and technology consulting as Vice President of Marketing, Mary Beth returned to the beauty and personal care industry in 2024 as Senior Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Ashland Specialty Ingredients, where she oversees the microbial protection business unit for North America.  Mary Beth is also an active member of CEW, NYSCC and the PCPC.
